A client at our vet partner has desperately reached out for help with SIX aussie mix puppies. If you've ever said "I wish there was something I could do to help the animal crisis" this is it! Fostering these puppies means SIX dogs will be prevented from contributing to our ever-growing overpopulation crisis. This is how you can help! At just 3 months old, this pittie mix puppy is already convinced the world was made for fun, cuddles, and a little bit of mischief. Rafferty is curious about everything, loves people, and has that classic wiggly pittie joy that makes it impossible not to smile when you meet him. He is confident (sometimes a little too confident) and talkative which makes him absolutely hilarious to watch play!

Rem is a confident and goofy pup! He doesn’t know a stranger and he lives to be in someone’s lap. He is great with kids, cats, and dogs of all sizes. He’s not a fan of baths and will definitely soak you while he tries to escape but he’s great for nail trims.
One of his already adopted littermates got DNA tested! These babies are mostly APBT (as expected), with a dash a chihuahua and a dash of English Bulldog!

Charlie is an incredibly kind and handsome senior coonhound mix. He’s dog and kid friendly (not cat tested). Sweet Charlie is currently undergoing heartworm treatment and won’t be available until his treatment is done…but we can still admire his cuteness

Hugger is an energetic, affectionate pup looking for his forever home. True to his name, he absolutely loves being close. He gives real hugs, leans into you for pets, and follows you around the house.
He has a super gentle, friendly personality and is very food motivated. He especially loves hot dogs. He does well with other dogs and house cats with proper introductions.
He learns routines quickly and continues to make progress every day, both on and off leash. He is potty trained.
If you’re looking for a dog who will stick by your side and bring warmth into your home, Hugger might just be the perfect match.
Hugger is heartworm positive, and that’s going to be part of his journey.
Here’s the reality. Treatment isn’t cheap, but it is already being handled.
NCQ will be covering his full heartworm treatment, which is over a $1000 value. His future adopter will only be responsible for his take-home medications during the process.
He’s not quite ready for adoption yet, but he is worth keeping an eye on. Dogs like Hugger don’t stay overlooked for long once people see who they really are.
